A private limited company has declared Dividend and paid Dividend Distribution tax @ 15% +surcharge & cess as scheduled.
Kindly let me know, do we have to deduct TDS from Dividend payment to Shareholders in addition. if yes at what %

no need to deduct tds. dividend income is exempt from tax. hence it will not be income to the share holders. hence there is no provision in section 194 of income tax act relating to tds on dividend distribution.
