Has anyone typed form 3cd and uploaded for the assessment year 2013-2014
i m finding difficulty in typing the form, has anyone faced similar problem
please guide me as what is the way out (it is too time consuming)

Yes, it is time consuming particularly the depreciation part.

in form 3cd for depreciation, u have to write a single line - "AS PER ANNEXURE ATTACHED".just point 32 of ratios is important.and the first page of form 3cd is same as of that company as filed in form 3cd of last year.
