CBDT has extended the last date for filing the Tax Audit Report from 30th September 2010 to 15th Octoboer 2010.For more details please refer to the following link:

The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) vide its Circular No. 225/72/2010/ITA.II/CBDT dated 27th September 2010 has extended due date for filing of IT return due on 30th September 2010 by 15th October, 2010 - (27-09-2010)

Dear Vijay,

There was no change in the due date of submitting Tax Audit Report or filing of ITR for persons covered under Sec 44AB for A.Y.2012-13.
