Tax audit if Sale is nil but other source income exceeded 1 crore
Is tax audit is applicable if revenue from operation is nil & other source income like dividend, Long term capital gain( with STT) exceeded Rs. 1 crore in previous year of a company.

no .tax audit is only for pgbp income
