1.TATAs have never succeeded in Consumer goods /services business.
For ex. Cell phone service providing and detergent goods manufacturing.(shall I include TATA yellow pages etc. etc.
Keeping this in view You try to understand that the e-filing site of incometax india is a site meant for use of assessees to use directly without anybody's intervention. Thus it isa site meant for the consumers.
From the day you have taken to this date you did not give the call centre no. to ask any clarification regarding any problem we face while registering the PAN Card.
The procedures adopted at every stage have been made more and more cumbersome (Of course for this you May say that you are not responsible. BUT you should accept the fact software programming means -'all 'if's and 'but's)
I am sure you accept that you accept that this e-filing site is meant for consumers. TATA's are failures in rendering goods / services directly to the consumers.
