Supplies without tax in GSTR 3B

Dear Sir, I am a Transporter with GST Registration. I have raised an invoice with an amount of 3 Lakhs(with out collection of Tax). Tax will be paid by the client through RCM. Now, in which row, can i show the the 3lakhs amount in GSTR-3B.
