supplier have not yet ID PASSWORD
our supplier have not yet received anyID PASSWORD BY DEPTT FOR LOGIN AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO FILE ANY RETURN .HOW CAN WE FILE OUR GSTR2 AND AVAIL ITC FROM THEIR PURCHASE

ask your supplier whether he is new or old to GST
WHEN YOUR SUPPLIER DOES NOT HAVE GSTIN THEN HE CANNOT CHARGE GST IN HIS INVOICES.. SO QUESTION OF YOU CLAIMIG ITC DOES NOT ARRISE TILL HE GETS GSTIN AND REVISES THE INVOICES RAISED
they have gstin but due to unavailablity of portal user id pasword they are unable to file there returns but as gstin holder they are entitle to charge gst
they are old

PORTAL ID WILL BE DISPLAYED ON VAT/ST SITE.. IF YOUR CLIENT DOES NOT HAVE IT THEN HOW DID HE MIGRATE TO GST?
go to search tax payer in main portal of www. gst.gov.in and furnish his gstin check you can find wheather active or not.
party have gstin but deptt have not allot user id and password yet can be submitted invoices in missing invoice or by offline gst tools upload json file
that supplier consultant may have ID and but he didn't given because of misunderstanding
