Subscription of Memorandum

Upto my understanding witness can be anyone who will authenticate that Suscribers have signed infront of him, no requireent of witness by Notary Public either of India or Abroad.

I will go with the suggestion given by Vivek.Any body can be the witness for non-resident promoter Subscriber to the memorandum.Notory can then therafter can notorized the signed subscriber sheet and the same should be accordingly consularized or appostilled.

Yes, it is only the witness of signature of the respective persons.. nothing else..

So any person, before whom all the subscribers have signed, may put his signature and write that i witness the signature of all the subscriber of Memorandum..
