not sure however bank account provided by companies

No, use bank account. it is the correct way of accepting subscribers money of the company.

in companies act there is no specification of accepting subscriber money in cash or cheque. so can company accept subscriber money in cash.? further if company accept subscriber money in cash what will be consequences on company
