Submission of financial results

A listed company, during the last quarter of the financial year 2008-09 has opted to submit audited financial results for the whole year 2008-09 instead of submitting 4^th quarter unaudited financial results separately.

During the current year 2009-10 the company has opted to submit unaudited financial results for the 4^th quarter separately, before 15^th May. There is no corresponding unaudited 3 months figures for the previous year(2008-09) since audited results were submitted for the whole year 2008-09. Whether presentation in the following manner is in order for the 4^th quarter 31/03/2010
