Hey friends, For those who are appearing in May 2012 ca exams, only 40 days are left. And after making provision of 5 days for contingencies and 5 days for main exam preparation, you left with just 30 days. So my sincere advice is that stop your studies and make a revision plan. 30 days is not a big time span for revision like ca exams and without revision you can't handle the course. So stop new reading and just revise the course in fast track mode. You may not agree with me but i am very right according to my experience.

Sorry for replying late, If you read this on time, now just two days left just do your paper wise preparation. As service tax and vat have 50 marks, revise them as much as possible and make sure 40 marks out of 50. With normal preparation of income tax part you can get 25 marks out of 50 marks easily. Service tax and vat have golden 50 marks with less complications. I will suggest Bangar sir's book for vat and service tax and Aahuja & gupta for income tax part. But if you have not read them just stick to books you have been reading. Solve big questions covering more provisions in one from Rtps and past year exam papers (scanner, compiler).
