Its always better to study theory subjects by speaking out loud because our mind tends to retain those stuffs which it listens better. So memorizing can be better when we speak and learn.

I have already outlined a method where theory papers should be read without any effort to remember in my article titled"Trust Yourself For Success In Exams".You all can go thru the article on my blog www.castudyarena.com under the heading of Articles.
It has helped me greatly and I have been able to breeze thru theory papers in IPCC using this method only.
