First of all, you can fetch good marks even without learning sections. It is not necessary to remember the sections.
Though quoting section do fetch you bonus points.
The secret to remember the section lies in repetition. The more you repeat them, the more they get imprinted in your brain and the better gets the ability to recall them. (Just like some of the frequently used income tax sections, you have them on your tips!)
Some of the techniques you can follow are:
Write it down on the paper. Stick it in front of you desk and make sure you read them once just after waking up and once before going to bed. (The idea is to revise it twice a day)
Make a note of the sections in your phone and keep revising it.
Record the sections in your voice and play it while traveling. This will help you to utilize the traveling time too.
By following the above methodology, it shouldn't take more than 15-20 days to learn a set of sections (A set can be of 20-50 sections, depending upon your personal comfort).
Keep repeating the process and revise the older set of sections once in a while so that you don't forget the older ones in the process of learning new. Hope this helps you.
