Dear Jyoti,

you can refer to Reliance Compiler for CSP. for Drafting - Module ; Sangeet Kedia for Corp Restructuring , Due Deligence and Governance. for FTFM, you can refer to the module or also Reliance Compiler

Hi Jyoti,

Since you will be eligible to appear in the professional examination in June 2013, I would suggest you to first do a quick study from the ICSI study material for all subjects (except for Advanced Tax Law and Practice as Finance Act 2012 wil apply). Usually the tax book will be available at the end of December 2012 or January 2013, so you can study that subject straight away with the relevant amendments/circulars/notifications/case laws etc. at that point in time.

For the rest of the subjects, once you have done with the entire studies, try attending the test papers given at the end in the study material. This will give you a fair idea of the syllabus and you can submit the response sheet to the Institute.

My personal view is , stick to study material and if you have time pick only one book for your reference (unless its a must to have clarity on any particular topic - refer additional book). So ICSI Study module + guideline answers of 10 attempts should be good source for you to work on your strategy.

If possible subscribe to ICSI "Chartered Secretary Jounal", "CAclubindia" is the forum where you can find a treasure of information/knowlegde/files which is available to enhance your skills and update yourself . Last but not least try reading economic dailies like Economic Times, Business line etc to keep your self sync with the developments in the finacial world.

Best of luck
