one of my client have one registereed firm in Amblala and have two different selling counters at Zirakpur and amritsar.
Please tell is this neccessary to take GST number for all three places or can i transfer the stock from Ambala to other counters? and what is procedure for that

Yes...
You must take registration in Three States. Then you can Transfer (Also handle as Sales and can't Inter state Transfer under GST) your goods to other Two branches...
