i agree... neither can we study nor can we enjoy!!... atleast if we know the date we can prepare accordingly!!

Completely agree with you...We dont have a target date as of now to study.. And dont know how prolonged the delay will be... Hope to finish off the paper soon.

Its frustrating

Very Unfortunate that our ICAI institute is taking so much time... They have come with the announcement of valuation course in chennai but not with the announcement of our exam dates?  I know its good time for study but still announcement of date at earliest is important. Many people have to resume their Jobs back as soon as possible like me, and for how long can we give reasons that ICAI is not declaring date  Mr President if you are reading this message then atleast give reasons that why u r not decalring date. For how long do we have to live in this uncertainity. OUr institute boast of Being advanced but this situation puts our Hon'ble ICAI institute in Poor light?

Ya i saw that update. Unfortunately it was not about the exam date. We are literally dangling without a date in sight..... I inquired with the Institue via email, I was told that the revised date is under finalisation. Dont know how long the finalisation will take, seems like eternity.

By now they must have closed the office and left for home. Nothing has been finalised. They will sit at home and relax till tomorrow morning and let the students worry.

Many students must have planned to go outstation. All their plans got squashed. And on top of that they cannot make a fresh plan till ICAI declares the date.

@ Rakesh...Thats right, I had a travel plan to visit my native place on 21st Nov, but alas that was not to be...Cant even make alternate plans without a date in sight

This exam has taken almost a month.

Yogesh u might be right because many of my engineering exams  are from 22nd of november and hence there will be shortage of examination centers. Sunday being no engineering exams might be one possible day to hold ca IDT Paper.

Ok whatever may be the date sunday or saturday or next month or next year...WHY ARE THEY NOT ANNOUNCING..??

What pleasure do they get by keeping the students in dark.??

Oh friends dont bother about the new dates Just enjoy yourself as I feel all Exams which were Scheduled on 18th So all of you must have been just studied & prepared for that. So now just do an additional Revision for one day before the Revised exam date & get 70 - 75 marks coz either case IDT is always a subject to score 60+ so now y9ou all Revised Zone students can target  70 - 75+ Rather Thank ICAI then cursing it & creating a big commotion here.
