state pension/NHS pension from UK

I am a resident Indian since 1989.I worked in NHS as doctor in UK for 10 yrs.I am getting my pension from UK regularly in my account in India. My pension amount comes under non taxable bracket,hen
ce no tax is deducted there. I am paying tax in India on the above income as pension.
Q1 Am I doing right ?
Q1 Will I be eligible for standard deduction next year?








Q1 Will I get 40000 Rs rebate as standard deduction in current financial year?
