Starting salary of Fresh CS now

According to me a fresher CS having membership number means he also have 15 months training under a practising CS so at that time he is able to perform any compliance related job independantly and we no need to discuss abt the importance of compliance, so I think atleast Rs.5 lakh package should be given. 

sir can u tell me that for training what will the salary after completion of csinter (Executive) exam. rasikaangel89 @ yahoo.com
