Dear professionals,
I have purchased a stamp paper in March 2012. But I have not utilized that paper till today Dec 2012. Can I use that empty stamp paper for any agreements like Rental agreement? Please advice me.

u can use the stamp paper even after 6 months....sec 54 applies when u want to claim refund by surrendering the unused stamp papers..then u have to surrender it within 6 months of purchase.
