While calculating stamp duty on lease more than 10 years, is the premium/ advance amount to be taken into calculation should include GST or not?
Any case laws/ articles supporting your answers shall be appreciated.

Ideally should not... the stamp duty is calculated on the lease amount and not on additional statutory levies
Logically i am also thinking the same.. but need some reference to act/ case laws
THERE IS NO TAX ON TAX SO IT SHOULD NOT BE
