If any assessee wants to make a gift to a person within his blood relation upto Rs. 10 Lakh then how much stamp duty has to be paid?
Replies (1)
No stamp duty to be paid when the amount is gifted by cash/cheque. Only a gift deed required to be made on Rs. 100/- stamp paper.
