Each time your mind is focussing on bad things, negative things, people around you,and wants to make you cry--you have to redouble your efforts to stay positive and focus solely on positive things.Inner grit is necessary.

Care not for your Boss.He is not a Boss, he is a flop and loser.Forget him and after you clear, he would be the first one to congratulate you.His living is a curse for you and all who surround him, when he dies, no one cares for him and Mother earth heaves a sigh of relief.You have live a life helping all,encouraging people below you,and when you die it is not just 4 people who lift your coffin who will feel sad and cry but literally all whom you have touched with your good deeds.Thank that Boss-of-a-loser for giving you this valuable lesson(though in a negative way).

I faced one of the worst CAs in my first firm.I clenched my teeth(it used to drive me to tears) whenever he used to call me a "Mother Fucker"(My mother died while I was in tenth) before all other articled clerks openly.He used to call me all sorts of names, giving me loads of work and he was plain jealous of me.I kept quite and cleared my CA inter and then in final, I changed my firm-Bang! and joined another peaceful firm where they valued me as a humanbeing and not as a money makign machine sending me to cement companies and torturing me by giving 2 months leave for my both groups attempt for CA inter.(I got a rnak despite that).

I have faced worse things than this, my dear.But yet, Im a living proof of what cna be achived if one just shakes off every sh*t on one's back and waters it down with confidence and sprays the scent of confidence.Do this every time your boss behaves badly.

May women like you with grit lead this nation of ours.

 i hope after becoming ca you should not do all above -------------please don't take revenge------of past---------as i also want to stop this nonsence -------------but everbody is blaming this system nobody wants to change it--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------when i start my office  to change this system and i have done all for the sake of good -----for the students--------------------------------------------i have to face my self -SO MANY DIFFICULTIES------------------------same reverse from my articls and students and employees------------------------------------------------------------------as they never come to office on time--------take leave without information-----------leave office without information office------------------------------they play in office on computers--------------and never  done their work sincierly----------------------SO TELL ME WHO IS WRONG-------------------------EMPLOYER  OR EMPLOYEE

my suggestion would b just ignore them......... u might b thinking that m least bothered but believe me this works i have gone through worst experience than urs....................

u r still better off, coz u were never scolded in fornt cof office staff, clients, in center of office, 4 no mistake of urs......... n i really weep in fornt of them......... i was not having enough gust to face them d other day, but i thought that why shall they bother me........... i cant stay under anyones influence.......... n now i dont think what world thinks abt me , my work, coz m faithful to me n my work.   so just ignore them

this is only way.......... when we dont allow others to influence us, they automatically stop infuencing us coz they then understand that whatever they do u r not going to react.................. thats all

 Dear Neha After reading the felings of ur articleship 

it really made  to feel  that not only u but many else are facing with the same difficulties 

But remember c.a. is a profession which consists of all the above 

the same thing happens in my office

i do the entire work of audit with in two days 

n my audit incharge exposes in such a manner that he himself has done the work in front of C.A.

as i meet my c.a. very few times infact twice in three monthly 

so as there is no contact with c.a. n that too he is the senior person in my office he exposes his attitude 

but yet C.A.  can identify his attitude when incharge was asked to prepare a bill for the company he was unable to prepare but yet C.A. didnt said any thing 

actually its me who used to prepare bills when all f a sudde it was asked to him he wqas unable . but yet no one scolds him.

this is  C.A. profession

 i have been doin my articles since  18 months 

since then  am prearing the audit reports

but i can say one thing that my seniors are far good they helped me taught me lot many things .

now they went for exams since 8 months i was alone preparing the audit reports doin vouching  etc alone   in the office

but this incharge exposes that he himself done every thing

n 

there are some complicated issues raised by me in the audit  which i kept them in the report 

but this person said that its he who caught the issue 

this is my situation>>

this is the profession with PROUD JEALOUSY n NO APPRECIATION  . No c.a.guides his assistant the work as he want him to learn by himself .

so think positively that its coz of him i learned this work .

never think negatively . 

thinking positive makes u to achieve goals also dear

so pls dont bother about these issues pay concentration on ur studies . i hve given small examples

its bcoz of middle person i.e.incharge i am facing this

I wish I can open a Coaching Institute in India-Chennai,Mumbai,etc and inspire students and guide them properly and fight for their rights and cases!
 

Vidhyashankarsir...pls do that as early as possible............Though there are 100s of CA Coaching Institutes in the country..... Y one more..... What a Student benifits out of it.....He gets guidence for passing CA exam ...after that?....thats it.....But a Institution needs a professional sort of approach which should make the student equip with thorough professionalism which is the need of the hour...and there needs a attitudinal change among the student commmunity when approaching a career in CA and the coaching center should not be just spoon feeding just for passing the exam sake.......and i feeel almost all the of the Coaching Institution lacks in these areas....Time constraint is always there....We need a unique Coaching center For CA which not only equip the student to face the exam and get good marks but also to make them a Complete Professional.( not like pappus just mugging up the entire syllabus and pass CA).....And when i say Acomplete professional i mean the student needs a broad spectrum of knowledge not restricting within CA but also it should help them in specialising in different areas like taxation, coeporate finance, management accounting etc and they should know what they r doing ( Instead in the present scenario i bet on an average 80 % of CA population( student community) just studies for clearing the exam thats it.( there s always an exceptional and extraordinaly cases but very less in number)....Our profession needs a more professional way of change than what it is at present thats my concern and opinion..............................

 Hi Neha, see ur not only the one who are facing the problem----------------- what ur facing was faced by others 2-------------------rightly said by Mr. Vidyashankar its not a problem if u learn to deal. I will not say be positive because positiveness for me means to think the cow-dung layered with soft cream as blac forest and eat.

Believe in Bagvad Geetha or other religious books which bring down one point i.e, " Life is empty and meaningless because its empty and meaningless". From emptyness u can create new realm of posibility (Sunya sastra ---- Adi Shankaracharyulu's).

Believe you are the best person to deal with the situation and no person can give you the right solution because they are not chosen the life for you, infact you have chosen the life ---------- let play the game and dont sit in the stadium as a spectator, get down to the field face the tunes of the ball (bouncers, short ball, slow ball, fastest ball called life). Here i want to tell one thing spectator in the stadium or on the TV sets suggest how to play the particular ball but they are not the best judge to what shot to play----------the occurance of the ball to the spectator is different and that to the player. Yesterday (14th June, 09) i was watching the ICC T20 world cup between India and England one particular player made me interest, not for his playing, it bring me to one simple point ------- the player dont know how to play the short pitch ball with bounce and dont know how to tug, but the same kind of ball was put to boundary by other player and the fun side of the story was both the players were left handers, by now you know the person i am talking about Mr. Suresh Raina, the moral of the story is simple the occurance of the situation will differ from person to person. If one dont know how to handle the situation u will suffer, by the way why iam talking about that you are not able to handle the situation--------- infact you have choosen the situation, Do you know why people fail because they want to avoid from the problem and stops facing the problem, the more you try to avoid or supress the problem the more it aggrevate. All the problems are not real threat, its only illusion the real threat was the death, is the problem will take your life or life threatening ------ in this case you boss, colleauge, seniors etc etc. Its only illussion of yours.

One thing i want to tell Choose your problem and dont run away from it, if you run away it will hunts till your down. 

Always say this " I choose my boss because I chose my boss" --------- "I choose my _____________ because I chose________________"

Try to achieve ur goal CA  Make hard work , never say there is no time etc 

even after working since mrng 8.00 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.    i could get through my C.A. inter exams . 

so never loose hope be confident n go ahead for the success
