Q2b. as per practise manual; Clause 8/P1/S2 comes and not Clause2/P1/s2 because certifying circulation of newspaper is not certifiying Fin.stmt.

In Q.2 (b) solution there is no circulation of newspaper. Its about Loan from PF Account. Read carefully

Also, in that question regarding loan to sister concern; i wrote:

                         L& A terms prejucidial to interests of co

------AS 18: being related party --> should be separately disclosed

-------whether it has been secured or not

-------Whether Sec 295,297,299,372A have been complied with or not

------> CARO : whether terms prejucidial to......................

Can't all of this be included in ans? "sirf clause of CARO ans hota hai kya"

------Regarding Form 3CD: i didn't know the exact Clause no. So i wrote a)relevant clause of form 3cd w.r. to sec 269SS  ..... b) relevant clause of ...... relating to payment to relatives      c)Clause 17...............
