As in the rules of Companies (Significant Beneficial Owner) rules 2019 it is written that individual acting alone or together with....
So as it is written "Together with"...do we have to take total of all the shareholder percentage related with that individual while calculated his percentage of share in company to be a significant beneficial owner ?
