Short term financial or accounting courses after MBA

T he Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University, Tripura, has launched two new programmes aimed at graduates and post graduates of any discipline inclined to pursue banking and financial services as their career. The first programme, Certified Banking Manager programme (CBM), covers studies in money, risk management and banking strategy.

The second course relates to Certified Risk & Insurance Manager programme covering gamut of insurance, laws and regulations, underwriting, claims management, reinsurance and actuarial principles. The course, which can be completed in 24 months, is also targeted at graduates and post-graduates of any discipline

Thanks.... But the courses of ICFAI is recognised or not. CFA course offering by ICFAI is not recognised as per the CFA INSTITUTE..The issue is now under the consideration of the court...Even they are offering many PG diploma courses including finance and accounting domain.But i am not sure whether it is recognised or not..please advice..

As far as i knw, ICFAI Univ is recognised by UGC...the same commission, under which many colleges & bschools r registered...
