This reply is posted assuming your are the genuine shareholder. Generally the companies will have their own rules for change of specimen signatures recorded with them. You may approach the company with the details of your shareholding and request them for the procedure to be followed for change of specimen signatures. It is adivsable not to tell the company that your brother had signed on behalf of yourselves.
You can also obtain attestation of your specimen signature from your bankers / bank manager (where you are holding a bank account) and the same can be forwarded to the company. For this purpose you need to provide proof to the bank that you are the genuine shareholder of the company.
