What is the procedure for transfer of share from one director to another director through online MCA Portal ?

Company is non listed having Share capital of 50000/- (5000 equity shares of Fv 10 each )

Director x is having 500 shares of rs 10 each in company , director X has resigned ( fr which DIR 12 BY COMPANY and DIR 11 by director has been filed )

Now please can anyone guide how transfer 500 Equity shares online from resigning director to existing director .

Hi shantan

There is no online mode of transfer document in case of unlisted company.

proceadure is make a share transfer agreement. Fill form SH 4 ( ofline Mode) , stamp it with registrar. update in share holder register of company. no online forms to be filed for transfer.

inthe upcoming annual returns (aoc 4 and mgt 7) update this share transfer info undet appropriate head.

An unlisted company cannot transfer shares in physical form. It has to get the shares admitted with any of the Depositories and demat the shares and then transfer in electronic mode only.
