Vehicle used for transportation of goods then you can claim, other wise NO. ( other than a motor driving school)
ITC is not available on Purchase of Two Wheeler since it is Blocked u/s 17(5) of the CGST Act 2017.

if it is in business name then you can get ITC
yes you can Claim ITC of tax paid on Vehicle but subject to section 17(5) of CGST Act
seating capacity 13 or more including driver then u can avail itc....
Credit can be availed if it is goods transport vehicle
If we purchase a 2 wheeler for our business use means we are delivery parcels for e.g. amazon then we are may or not.
I had checked on "https://www.hrblock.in/earlygst/section-17-5-gst/" where it is clearly mentioned that we can claim ITC for 2 wheeler .
