My form 26AS is showing SFT--005 (for bank) . In Oct-2019 , my mother had made 2 Fixed Deposits of 10 lakhs each in my name from her Savings Account . We both file IT Return each year. What do I have to do now?? Do we have to fill separate forms?

If ITR has been filed...u need not to file any other form.
Not required to file any separate form...
While filing income tax return you just have to insure that you disclose your income of interest from Fixed deposit properly in respective IT Return.
