ans. to ques. 4)b) i calculated cost of equity- 16%. 6)a) Risk neutral applies- value of option came to Rs. 9.80 Guys can anyone tell me...in 6)b) (ii) i have taken rates of 2nd february by giving an assumption of depositing a cheque on 2nd feb. itself...Is it correct...?

@ Raunak_okie thank for letting me know...

no dear. ans to ques.2)a) was not of 10 lines...It was actually a lenghty question..we have to solve it by taking 5 alternatives..like alternative 1- replace the machine now in 0 period...

alternative 2- replace after 1 year...and so on..and then equavalent annual cost to compare..it ws worth 10 marks question..

Guys can anyone tell me dat in ques. 4)b) if i didn't showed the working of how to solve a quadratic equation and directly wrote the answer..then how many marks can i expect out of 8 marks..?

i read books of rajiv singh, ashish kalra along with practice manual, no questions from there except 2 qustns, i dont know what does institute expect from us, thay have given us such a wide coverage of topics , but while setting papers they just concentrate on one or two topics.

i thought i would be able to create a total of more than 120 combined in acc & sfm , so i can easily touch 200 in 1st group, given unpredictability of audit, now i ll have to work for getting around 11o marks in audit & law.

Has anyone heard of theorem mentioned in question 4)a)... Theory of constant Proportion portfolio Insurance policy...? guys..anyone...pls answer..is this out of syllabus..?
