Could someone tell whether Bond valuation topic is in scope for Nov 2012 exam ..I could not able to see it in Practice manual..However AN sridhra book(2010 version) is having that topic...reply plzz..

Shrikanth: Bond-Valuation is under chapter of "security analysis", you can find randomly therein.
yes this is in our sylabus and having good weightage
dear srikant, i would like to inform you that bond valuation is important chapter and often 6 to 8 marks question asked this chapter implies yield to maturty(YTM) yield to call (YTC), forward rates issue price of bond, duration etc.
