I would like to know weather Unabsorbed Depriciation can be claimed for set off, even if returns are not filled within due date ?
And if in returns Unabsorbed Depriciation is not mentioned, can it be claimed as set off in subsequent year(s)?

As per the provision of income tax act, unabsorbed depreciation can be claimed even if the return is not filed within due date.
