Servicetax return liablity of manpower supply agency
Is it require to file the service tax returns by the man power service provider.Whereas 100% service tax is being paid by the services receiver under reverse charge Mechanism provision?

Hello, Yes you have to file service tax return because you are registered under service tax act though tax liability is nil.
