Check your last ST-3 Filed returns or Check your Bank Statement for payment of ST (as the case may be).

what you are saying is correct. but if we were made any payments in the past and ignores that and don't have any bank statement,

if we want to know  any IT payments made by us ,we can directly get the details from 26AS instead of checking Bank Statement,like that is there any database is maintained for Service tax payments.

you can get information from ST-3 foam (i.e. BSR code, Challan date, Challan number and amount)

I have some doubts regarding TDS.our comapny was in interior business and deducting TDS on Rent paid to landlord but not deposited with govt till now.

So what all interest and late fees and penaultyare applicable?

Can you explain in detail.
