Copyrigh of a name & Trade Mark. Business Advisory services & Advertisement. Finalization and Submission of Service Tax and Excise Returns & Scrutiny.
Litigation Works	Drafting of various opinions & letters to Clients/ GST Department Involvement in Preparation/Documentation of Defence Replies to Show Cause Notices/Commissioner Appeals/ CESTAT Appeal. Filing of Defence Reply/Appeal before Service Tax Department /Commissioner (Appeals) /CESTAT.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

Presented a paper on “CARO, 2015” at Student Seminar held on 25th August, 2015 organized by Noida Branch, CICASA of ICAI.

Presented a paper on “Basic overview on GST” in National Conclave by ICAI Bareilly Branch held on 14th & 15th January, 2017 organized by Board of Studies, ICAI.
