URGENT
We raised 3 bills during 3rd Quarter 2013 and service tax was paid accordingly on the same but in January 2014 one of the 3 bills was revised due to which amount of service tax payable was less than the amount actually paid. Now while filling service tax return there is mismatch in service tax payable and service tax paid.
Please suggest how to reconcile the same in the return?

If you can revised the same return may be possiable then do it if not make the said provision then make the writeen reply with relevant ground and contact your Range Office and dicussed the same. Hope you got the fruitfull result in this regard.
