i want to claim sales promotion expense from my supplier
they are requisting a service invoice from my side
can i raise service bill for claiming expense in gst

i want to claim this amount from supplier
they requesting a bill for giving this amount

Yeah... If You receive the amount from Your supplier then You can give service bill...
But, Better to Check Out Yourself for the applicable transactions.
As per my view., Also better to give debit note.

Yes , you can raise Bill for promtion to company & agree with Mr Raja ji to raise debit Note
