Dear All,
Kindly guide me whether we have to read only the supplementary study material and remaining old study material of Law CA Final for Nov. 2014? Do we have to quote sections of Director and other chapters of Companies Act 1956 or 2013?? It has created tensions for preparation.
Now the companies act 2013 is applicable along with rules 2014 so in nov 2014 new companies act is applicalbe so you are required to quote new section and to write your answer according to new act . The institute of chartered accountants of india has also issue a notifucation in this regards that in law and auditing paper the applicable provisions shall be according to new companies act .
Supplementary is essential also wait for RTP NOV 1. Till then refer munish bandhari Law book

CA Munish Bhandari has cut the content of his final law course to a extreme law level. Drictors covered only in 36 pages & so other chapters. Has anyone gon through the book & is it viable to solely depend on it.Please advice
