I have a business account on amazon. I recently placed an order for a phone from a seller from banglore, in the invoice the sellers gst number is mentioned but my GSTIN number isn't mentioned so now I'm unable to claim the gst. Please help on what I should do next, Amazon says that they can't help me and the seller cut my phone directly, Is there any legal action I can take?
