For Law subject self study, u shld surely try Amit Karia's Corporate & Allied Laws by Bharat Law House.
U cant afford to miss this one,
Directors chapter from other books becomes very confusing & complicated,
But in Karia's book, it is divided into three disticnt chapters
New Companies Bill Overview is also included in the book.

The actual procedure for appointment of directors including single transferable voting & cumulative voting in depth with examples & statistics are covered in only Amit Karia's book.
U wont find it in any other CA Final book in India.

All other books just contian a reference (a single mention), but Amit Karia's book has the full method in detail...

and similar other technical terms are given,

NOT FOUND IN ANY OTHER LAW BOOK IN INDIA

Amit Karia's book is the best & very unique....
I compared it to other books, but it has by far the most sytematic approach...

Its the only book where Directors chapter is divided into three distinct manageable chapters.

Foreign Exchange Management Act, & Competition Act real cases have been incorporated.

Its too good...
