Securities law question

Security market basically covers all the transactions relating to securities i.e shares, debentures,bonds and also money market to some extent.

when we talk of security market then it comprises the variables like inflation, pricing policies adopted by various authorities and also monetary and fiscal policies etc. Prices of securities of the company is hence influenced by such variables.

so it would be inappropriate to say that security market works or operates in a vaccum.
