Is deduction under sec 80D on account of preventive health check up of Rs 5000, over and above of limit of 25000/30000(seniors)?

No, Deduction is subject to maximum of Rs. 30,000.
THERE IS TWO DIFFERENCE DEDCTIION AVAIBLE :-
1. HEALTH CHECKUP MAX RS 5000
2. HEALTH INSURANCE MAX 30000 FOR S.C.
no 5000 rs is within the overall limit

MAX RS. 5000 ALLOWED AS DEDUCTION FOR PREVENTIVE HEALTH CHECKUP SUBJECT TO OVERALL LIMIT OF RS. 25000 OR RS. 30000 AS THE CASE MAY BE
