Section 80 DD

Dear sir

for getting deduction u sholud get the certificate from your local CMO office.

that will we sure shot get your deduction under income tax act & the section 

for all type of Impairment,departement requried the certificate issued by the CMO of local area

CMO means Cheif medical officer

Please clarify if the certificate from medical practitioner mentions the disability to be above 40 % . can the deduction for severe disability be claimed?
