Please answer my query
Some one proposes to incorporate a new company with the name which is identical and similar to the name of the company which has been struck off.
Can he register the company with such name?

In my opinion, he would need a NOC from the old company to get a new company incorporated with a name identical to that of an old company that ha sbeen struck off.
