CAN SECTION 25 COMPANY TAKE LOAN FROM SECTION 12 COMPANY FOR MAKING CONSTRUCTING PART OF THE BUILDING.

There is no section 25 company as per companies act,2013.
if a company is incorporated on 2 april 2014 do it require to have commencement certificate..
SORRY IT WILL BE SECTION 8 COMPANY I.E. UNEXEMPTED TRUST.
