While filing for enrolment can a regular dealer can come out of this scheme and opt for composition scheme.what is the procedure

at the time of new registration u can opt for composition but if u have migrated from vat u will have to apply saperately on the portal
here one person has opted for regular while migrating from vat to GST and now with the most critical and technical aspect in regular scheme he is not compatible with the regular scheme and want to revert back to composition
can he do so
