Secondment provision of articleship

first of all u should be confirm that in which u r interested bcoz secondment and industrail training both are different issue .....if u wish to go for such trainnig then u can go...ur principal cannot dis allow u ...its article's right so ........and secondment is the another issue...

very important condition is the consent of the original principle. It is not right of article as mentioned above by Ankit

secondment and indstrial training both are different

for secondment concent of principal is required and only a form is to be filled

at the max you can get secondment for 12 months

and industrial training is different from secondment

     I think Secondment related with 1 special field where we get experiance 4m CA whose specialize in that field

    & Industrial is just working in Industry...   Is it so?? please post ur views...

the thins is that if u wish to articleship in other firm than u regi. in the same city then it is considered as secondment and if u don't have regular college then u can take secondment in the other cities also....and industrial trainnig is that which institute alows us to do in our 3rd year articleship ....where a  article could be registered under a company for trainnig ...this is the basic difference between them .....
