where we got deduction U/S 35ABB incase of telecomunication licence then no depreciation u/s 32(1) shall be allowed inrespect of such licence

Under Sec. 35 ABB u write the fulll value of licence in no. of years.
So you will not get double benefit under income tax act. licence is fully write off in books so no dep. will be allowed on it.
