We are the textile fabrics manufacturer. We have to sent the samples to outside agency (reconginised lab ) for testing as per our customers requirements. They will keep the samples with them and they will sent the test reports only to us.
One suggestion is given to us is that it should be treated as job work and the samples to be returned to us after testing or otherwise we have to pay taxes as applicable.
Whether the above suggestion is correct ??.
I will be thankful if anybody clarify this points.
