Hi,
I have a doubt regarding sale of ambulance used for supplying non taxable supply is chargeable to GST.
If taxable please suggest me under which section it is taxable.

No it is not taxable under gst as hospital is providing exempt service and not liable to register under GST and if no Gst registration has been taken by the hospital than above applies
If hospital is not registered under GST than you not require to charge GST on sales of ambulance
if the sane hospital selling medicine then they have to register or not
Yes, if hospital is registered then gst will be applicable over sale of ambulance.
